Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how Lettering Pro Ltd processes and delivers orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed during normal UK business working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Football shirts are dispatched within 1–2 working days. This allows time where required for the professional application of name and number sets.

All other items, including name sets, numbers, and sleeve patches, are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2:30pm UK time.

Orders placed after 2:30pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.

Delivery options and prices are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

UK Special Delivery – typically next working day after dispatch
UK First Class / Signed For – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
International Tracked – delivery times vary by destination

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

4. Tracking Information

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Proof of posting and tracking details are retained for up to six months after dispatch.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, misdirected, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery / Returned Items

If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address
Failure to collect
Refusal of delivery

Additional postage payment may be required to resend the item.

7. International Orders & Customs

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

We have no control over customs delays or additional fees.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by the destination country’s authorities.

8. Lost Items

If an item is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, we will either:

Resend the item (subject to availability), or
Issue a full refund, including the original postage cost.

9. Risk & Responsibility

Risk passes to the customer once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
