1. Are your products official and genuine?

Yes. We supply only officially sourced and licensed football name sets, numbers, sleeve badges, and shirts obtained from recognised manufacturers and authorised supply channels.

Our stock may include products manufactured by leading sportswear and licensing providers such as Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Castore, and Under Armour, depending on the club and season.

For lettering, numbers, and sleeve badges, we source from recognised industry manufacturers including Avery Dennison, Sporting ID, Deko Graphics, and Stilscreen, among others.

All trademarks, club names, and brand references are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Do you sell official Premier League and club lettering?

Yes. We supply official competition and club-specific lettering where available, including season-correct and competition-accurate name sets, numbers, and patches.

3. How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Name sets, numbers, and sleeve patches are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 2:30pm UK time.

Football shirts are dispatched within 1–2 working days. This allows time for the professional application of names and numbers where applicable.

Orders placed after 2:30pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

4. What postal services do you use?

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked services.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using tracked postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

6. Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised or customised items, including shirts that have had names, numbers, or patches applied, are non-returnable unless faulty, in accordance with UK consumer regulations regarding customised goods.

Unused, non-personalised items may be returned within 90 days, subject to our Returns Policy.

7. What happens if my order is lost or delayed?

All items are dispatched using tracked services, and proof of posting is retained for up to six months.

If an item is confirmed as lost in transit, we will either resend the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, including the original postage cost.

8. Can I arrange my own courier or collection?

Yes. If you wish to arrange your own courier or collection, we can provide the package weight and dimensions to assist with your booking.

9. Do you offer bulk, trade, or collector orders?

Yes. We regularly supply collectors, retailers, and clubs.
