Returns Policy

This Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made through Lettering Pro Ltd.

1. 90-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 90-day returns period from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused

In original condition

With all original packaging and tags (where applicable)

Returns requested outside this period may not be accepted at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Personalised items

Custom name sets and number sets

Items that have had names, numbers, or patches applied

Special order or made-to-order products

This is in accordance with UK consumer regulations regarding customised goods.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photographic evidence where possible

Once verified, we will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including original postage where applicable.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Change of Mind Return

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

You must contact us before returning the item

The item must be unused and in resaleable condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

6. Return Postage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

The item is faulty

The item is incorrect

The item was supplied in error

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method Processing time is typically 5–10 working days We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
